Born in 1968 Alessandro Andreucci graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna in the academic year of 1994/95. His thesis was on biomechanics.Then he went to study industrial design at the art academy in Stuttgart. Later he began working as a designer in Germany. In 2000 he returned to Italy to work for iGuzzini Illuminazione. He stayed there for four years, mainly handling and coordinating international projects.Then he moved to London to work with internationally famous studios.In 2004 he opened an industrial design studio and worked on the project with German designer Christian Hoisl.

Christian Hoisl describes the intention and the philosophy of his work as follows: "The development of effective products of long duration from the layout to the maturity phase in a clear-cut design of material and function with emotion." Christian Hoisl was born in 1961 and studied industrial design at the polytechnic in Munic. He gratuated 1986 as an industrial designer. From 1987 to 1992 ha was project manager of Schlagheck & Schultes Design. Since 1993 he collaborated with Martin Dettinger in the field of system design, untill he went into business for himself. Today he is working amongst others at Siemens equipment , Keuco furnishings and side by side.
